Formerly Visions, of which I’m all sure we have fond memories, Neutron is an ideal bar for drinking and dancing; especially on a Friday night when D.J. Jess brings us the hottest mixes from London, San Francisco, and New York. Unfortunately, this is lost to the Hip-Hop craze that has its death grip on Reno.
Neutron boasts a large dance floor, stage, two (count ‘em, TWO!) pool tables, an outdoor deck for the warm Reno summer nights, and…wait for it…a bar with enough room for body shots, bar flies, and booze orders!
Neutron is also home to Reno’s only Gay Latino Night, which—with no cover, Latin beats, and Drag performances—provides a Thursday night that is nothing but fun!
While we fully support the Thursday night debauchery and can’t complain too much about the service or beverages, this location is never “numero uno” on our list of locations to frequent.
